Our 1 Bedroom Cabins Feature Additional Upscale Rustic Accommodations.All advance reservations require credit card payment equal to the 1st night's lodging. Christmas season equal to 2 night's lodging and balance paid in full by December 1st. Full payment is required at time of check-in. Payment may be by credit card or cash. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. No personal checks at time of check-in. You are responsible for the full length of your reservation regardless of circumstances. Full refunds less a $35 administration fee will be given with cancellations at least 14 days prior to arrival date (30 days for Christmas season and a $70 administration fee). Cancellations of less of then 14 days (30 days for Christmas season) forfeit the entire deposit. We have a 2-night minimum except during Special Events, Holiday Weekends, Christmas Holidays and summer months when the minimum night stay is longer. Rates include housekeeping fees but do not include taxes. Rates are for normal wear and additional fees will be applied for abuse or damages. Rates are subject to change until reservation is made. Any discounts are applicable only when staying the full length of reservation. Discount must be given at time reservation is made. For the convenience of all our guests and neighbors, guests are required to observe quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM or will be asked to leave and forfeit the balance of their reservation. All guests must be 21yrs of age, unless accompanied by parents. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to check-in/register for other family members. Check-out time is by 11:00AM. Check-in time is 3:00PM or later. Late check-outs must be approved prior to check-out date. If approval is not given, fees may apply. Office Hours are 9:00AM to 8:00PM MST. Late arrivals must make prior arrangements. All of our cabins are non-smoking and no pets. $250.00 minimum cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is ignored. A $25.00 charge for lost keys.
